So, I sewed one of these the other day to test out the pattern and my son has barely taken it off since. I'm not joking - we were at the park today - it was 70 degrees and he insisted on wearing this hat. He says it is really cool. I tend to agree with him. What a fun winter hat! And, there is zero chance it will get mixed up with someone else's because your child's name or initials are smack-dab in the middle of the hat for everyone to see!
I sew each of these myself, so for the patterns there will be some variation in placement. And, if you choose a pom pom, it is hand sewn on so be gentle.
My fabric store has TONS of fleece, so if you have some theme in mind, just email me and I'll see what I can do - the possibilities are really endless...baseball...soccer...football...camo....princess...hearts....elmo....flowers...holiday...sports teams...fish...you get my point I think.
